Buffalo, NY to escape high taxes, cold weather, no advancement. There are great jobs in health care here. I hooked up with a placement agency that went to bat for me and put together my employment contract of what I wanted. Living in Shelby (about 40 miles west of Charlotte) where life is a little slower and the people are really friendly.
