What are the seasons like in Charlotte? How do Charlotte dwellers cope?

The weather is basically fairly mild we have great Spring and Fall seasons. The summer can be quite hot esp. July/August.
The winters are mild. I mean we may see some occassional snow and/or ice. It can be somewhat cold in Jan/Feb.
