I'm a local website designer, and I've been making sites for about five years, but in addition to providing normal quotes, I'm also quite open to taking barter as partial (or even full) payment, assuming I need certain services or products. I just thought I'd throw that out there, especially for small business owners that need to get a professional site designed on a budget.
