Depends on the type of Felony. 1st,2nd, and 3rd are automatic disqualifyers.If you are going to work for any organization that has children or Senior citizens you will not get the job. The background check will go through the BCI and they will send your past convictions thats on file.

if you find one please let me know I have a home health aide certficate and a credit of 150in stna class
