i'm a single female currently shopping for an inexpensive (fixer-upper) in a good neighborhood. i'm considering some old homes in west-central and north-west columbus. can anyone give me any feedback on the following neighborhoods?

1. 40th Street (off of Woodruff)- lakewood subdivision
2. Richmond Ave (off of 54th)- caroline park subdivision
3. 34th St- rosehill heights subdivision
4. 49th St- cascade hills subdivision

any other suggestions are appreciated.
