Where did you come from? How did you move here? What would you do different now?

I have been in Concord one month ago and Im fascionated with climate in Concord,Im living in Canada and as you know Canada is cold specialy during winter time and would like to move in Concord but I dont have idea how to move, probably as Canadian citizen I need to get working viza in US ambasy and I have to find job in Concord or area.
If you have information for me I would realy appriciate that.
