How do I get my name out there? I have tried e-mails follow ups resume sending and nothing seems to be working. If there are any ideas please sende them my way

Get the department mangers name and fax number. Send your resume dircetly to that person with a cover letter and on the cover letter state you will follow up with a phone call. When you call him/her, if they are not interested ask them if they know any one they can refer you to. Also connet with network groups in your area, carry with you a "bussiness card" with your name, email and phone numbers on it along with your current job title and field you work in.
