Hello,

I am considering a mid-life career change to occupational therapy and have just begun looking into local programs.

I have a couple questions: do you feel pressured to get your masters in ot? Have you lost a position to an OTR? What clinical area do you work in? Do you think certain clinical areas seem to require that one must be an OTR in order to practice? How about the physical aspects of the job? Are you always on your feet, repositioning clients? Are you satisfied with the number of hours you work and the benefits you receive? Do you feel your position always you to be creative?

So many questions!!! Your input is really apppreciated!!

Thank you,
Kat777
