I would appreciate any comment or advice. I have a B.S. in Computer Management Science and several years of post college IT experience, and am looking for opportunities in the Denver area hoping to support my family. I have a couple of items (related to alcohol consumption) years ago that may look undesirable to many potential employers. I am a sober, more mature, caring person now who attends church (and I participate in a church council for example and have references from such). How can I present my past and move past immediately negative rejections I have recently encountered? Thank you.
