Where are the best schools or school districts in Federal Way?

Twin Lakes Elementary school is awesome; my 15 year old started out there in kindergarten and now he is at Decatur High School which is also very good!
My seven year old is also going to Twin Lakes and had the same kindergarten teacher as my oldest son.
That kind of stuff doesn't happen anymore; when your kids share teachers.
Twin Lakes is a very parent orientated school and Decatur has teachers that actually care.
Federal Way High School is a bit too rowdy for our liking.
