Hi Everyone,

Does anyone have any information on how to receive a higher step with the pay grade you qualify for? I would love to take the surveillance specialist position, but the pay offered with locality included is unreasonably lower than my current salary (private sector). Any suggestions on how to approach this issue or information on what can qualify me for a higher step would be very helpful.
