Why is it that a seasoned professional Chaplain (over 15 years experience) cannot get a job without CPE? Doesn't experience count anymore? Doesn't the call of God to love the sick and hurting plus experience mean more than a paper that confirms one has attended a class? No body cares how much you know until they know how much you care.
