What are the best local job boards, job clubs, recruiters and temp agencies available in Fredericksburg?

I am interested in relocating to Fredericksburg, Virginia as I have family in Colonial Beach. I would be very interested in the best job boards, job clubs, and recruiters for that area.

I am a recruiter myself and have worked within an agency and corporate enviroment. I have managed, trained and mentored up to 13 recruiters. My specialities are medical, IT , and engineering.

I would be willing to even temp or comtract recruit to relocate to your area. I would be staying intially with my sister in Colonial Beach, Virginia.
