Skobel Homeowner in Gainesville, Florida

The best neighborhoods in Gainesville are off of Archer Road on 88th Street. Willow Oak Plantation has a fabulous homebuilder, Skobel Homes. I love my home and have been living in it for 2 years. The construction quality is excellent and the home looks and feels like a real palace! Marble floors, granite countertops, and solid wood maple cabinets are just a few of the beautiful features. The neighborhood is beautiful as well with a pool and close to everything. Check out their website at www.skobel.com, they have a sales center at 8819 SW 74th Ave, Gainesville, FL.

Gainesville has some very nice neighborhoods throughout the city. The NE has the historical Duckpond area, beautiful area close to downtown. The NW has some vey nice older subdivisions and a couple of A rated schools, great parks and the scenic Millhopper Road. The SW area holds most of the newer homes, Skobel homes are nice but so are the homes that are built by Robinshore, Tommy Williams and Barry Rutenberg.
