Pet Law: leashes, most cities no constant chained pets - must have fence or leash LINK www.co.guilford.nc.us/gheh_cms/animal%20control/index_ac.htm
City Services: try to locate an area outside the city limits to cut down on city taxation... there are plenty of nooks that are close to amenities but not in the city limits... however, if you need public transportation, this is near to impossible... check bus routes in comparison to your employer location for best selection.
