Where are the best schools or school districts in Houston?

Pearland is one of the best in South/East Texas. It is growing, so there are pros and cons about some things as they experience growing pains, but they do employ some excellent teachers and offer some excellent programs.

Having said this, the entire state of Texas needs to revamp the entire educational system so teachers can actually TEACH a subject, rather than teaching only to some ignorant test. The entire educational system has deteriorated over the years and those Austinians in their glass offices need to give it up to a more adept group to run the operation.

Slaves are only as good as their leaders, and if those leading cannot do so efficiently....well, you do the math.
