Help to find a good job

Hi Dears,
Actually, I am in Houston,TX for more than two months.I put my resume in various online job search engines but I couldn't find the suitable one till now! My previous career was server and storage administrator and my main focus was on unix based servers including setup and integration of all types of systems till OS level. It would be appreciated if any one can help me and suggest me what should I do to gain my related job soon?
