I am looking to hire people to work with me as independent contractors. Yes I know that means commission only. But hey I figure people might be up to the challenge given our current economic situation in America. I am not hiring just any warm body. I am looking for professional people that can be presentable. I was wandering if anyone had any good ideas on where to post job advertisements besides the usual craigslist etc. these are not producing very qualified candidates. I keep getting the people that most people wouldn't hire to begin with. I have run the usual ads in newspapers etc. maybe this is all that is available(not good return on investment though). I don't think I am asking for much? Maybe I am. Any Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
