where is the best neigborhood in columbus Indiana. REASON I WOULD LIKE TO FIND A PLACE THAT IS REASONABLE BECAUSE I'M LOOKING TO RELOCATE FROM NEW YORK CITY. AND LIKE TO MEET NEW FRIENDS AND MAKE SOMETHING OF MYSELF IN THE ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY. AND ALSO A SURPRISE FOR A GIRL FRIEND.

What exactly are you looking for in terms of shopping, entertainment, pet-friendly, urban or suburban, etc? This is an affordable and great town, but more info is needed before recommending any specific areas. Can you also include your cap on rentals, assuming you wish to rent rather than buy. Just as an fyi, your rent will be much more affordable than you probably are paying in NYC.
