need on the job training at 41

I need part time customer service job. I have not worked in over 10 years, I have one child in school and I have very little experience. I need to be retrained but employers are not willing to train, I am 41, I need income, and am willling to start over.I can only stand and walk for short periods of time...I am good at computer and phone skills, my typing is about 60wpm, and I have a great personality, polite, happy, witty and very eager to start over before I turn 50.
