I am currently looking for employment. I found some information regarding
becomming a Third Party Tracer. i have a B.A. Degree but i have been unsuccessful
in finding good employment.I have sent $8.95 to Premium Refund Service hoping
to become a Third Party Tracer. This Program is said to be originated by the Federal Housing Administration. It is a very new Program.

Please advise me in this matter.
