Best schools in Las Vegas?

Where are the best schools or school districts in Las Vegas?

My personal observations of over a hundred schools in Vegas is that the best schools (best student/teacher attitudes, best equipped) in general, are located outside of a about an 8-10 mile radius of downtown (Fremont Street). With some exceptions, the further you go outside of this area, the better the schools.

Henderson school district is the best by far and centrally located 5 min from the strip

I agree, Henderson school district is excellent, however, to be fair - the question was "Best schools in Las Vegas". Henderson is an incorporated city over 13 miles SE from the southern end of the Las Vegas strip. According to google maps 13.5 mi – about 21 mins from Tropicana Ave. & Las Vegas Blvd. (during light traffic). Travel times double during rush hour.

What a meaningless, unhelpful post. A) There is no such "Henderson School District", and B)it's NOT centrally located; it's in the southeast part of the valley. And the "5 min" stuff is an out and out lie.
