Lost my job in October 2008, position eliminated. I am posted on several web-sites - so many cannot even remember.

Question - how many of you receive a response to your resume and letter for an open position?

My responses have been less than 2%.

Stick to responding to companies that identify themselves. Make sure you apply on their wesite. Do not post your resume to people you do not know.
