how is small business in Vegas?

I am thinking of starting a small business in motion graphics in Las Vegas with a friend of mine. We both went to school together so we know how to work together and I think our skills are pretty good.

I am curious as to how good the support system for small business is in Vegas. I signed up on lasvegas.konnects.com to meet other business people and I have met a few people on there who have helped with with some business planning. Both my friend and I have never started a business before so we are learning as we go along.
