hi and thanks in advance for anyone that will read and reply to this:

I reside in Greece where there are no schools for dealers or any gambling stuff (yet many casinos and people that gamble)and no schools for wedding planners so I thought of LV cause it is LV, lots of weddings take place there plus it is the gambling heaven
I thought of travelling to LV to learn from the best cause a diploma from the US is considered a big deal in Greece (and it is cause in comparison to our teachers, yours are the best hands down :p)

I want to ask: do you think this is a good choice? I mean.. I hold some general knowledge about the US but if you think any other state is better for studying these that I mentioned you are more than welcome to suggest.
And I want to ask another thing: in Greece although there is an increase in total crime over the last 5 years due to illegal immigration from the middle east, things are pretty much ok, quiet (I live in the the second largest city) I have read that there is higher crime in LV than many other larger cities, is it that bad? will I make it for 1-2 years that I need in order to finish my studies?

There is crime everywhere you go. In Vegas, however, there is police that is doing its job, and laws that are implemend. There are schools, (private & state funded [community colleges]), where you can learn anything you want.
Remember, however, that is not what you know, it is WHO you know, to find employment in vegas (and for that matter, anywhere else)
Nevertheless, you should persue your dream and do what you think is right for your future
