Hi dears,

My name is Maria Fadli, I live in Downtown LA, age 58, Latina, Single. I am 225 lbs., with a family history of heart disease. I have been treated in the ER, with mild strokes three times in the last 5 years. My blood pressure is usually 180/90, up to 210. I don't take medication regularly. I keep my pressure down with cinnamon, mustard, breathing exercises and prayer.
