Finding a career after college

I'm a graduate of the University of Louisville, 2010 with a bachelors of science in Justice Administration. Since graduating I haven't been able to find employment in my chosen field, either I don't have the experience necessary to get the interview or when I do someone with even more experience is chosen over me. I also have a misdemeanor DUI from 4 years ago in 2007 on my driving record that has hindered me drastically as well, seems no one can look past a single mistake made years ago. I'm in the Louisville,Ky area I also have experience in customer service, quality control (supervisory experience), and sales experience. I just need a career that I can enjoy and will pay the bills and provide for my family. Any suggestions, comments, career opportunities (in any field, I'm very perceptive and dependable) would be greatly appreciated.
