This is a legitimate business and is growing quickly because the products are so great. It has been in the US since 1988 but is just getting started in AZ so there is huge potential for growth here. There are archives of all past training calls and conferences on the consultant web site and you have 24/7 access to them as a consultant. If you just want to learn about sales or starting your own business you can definitely get training by trying out this opportunity for a few months. You also have a supervisor who can walk you through exactly what you need to do to get started and answer any questions you have now or in the future.
