Hummm... Let's See..
A Property Assessment Due Now, that is will be in effect by year 2010 as news states.
Plus A 50 cents Property Tax Hike in Rutherford County.
By my calculations that'll be:
Your property will increase in value, that'll mean: more property tax
On top of that: plus in progress 50 cents tax hike according to news channel.
In a time of recession?
