moving to newhaven

We are looking to relocate to new haven from pennsylvania I currently have a mentally challenged gentleman that is unrelated to me that lives with us and I am paid for caring for him here we call it lifesharing and im wondering if any agencies in new haven have a similar program so that I can bring him with us he has been part of our family for over four yrs and I really don't want to leave him here any guidance anyone can give ne will be appreciated
