No, you have to await the posting at the Municipal Building at 15th and JFK Blvd- on the ground level.
This is a City Position, to which the City is currently slow.
So keep your ears open,and continue job searching .
I will do the same.

I would also know how to go about applying for a PPA position, being i'm sowhat familar with the Parking Violation Branch. I have worked for the some years ago.

Why work for the biggest scumbags on the East Coast? Only about 10% of the money that they collect goes to Philadelphia. Everyone on their board makes around %200k. Thats over a million dollars in tickets, coming out of the pockets of your fellow blue collar neighbors, to pay their salaries. Its a political organization designed to line Rendells buddies pockets with cash. Thats a fact. Save your souls, dont exploit your fellow blue collar neighbors, and earn your $14 an hour, or whatever the wage is, somewhere where you don't have to work for someone who so directly hurts the poor communities in Philadelphia. After all, where do you think most tickets are written? The PPA is the biggest joke hoisted on Philadelphians in the history of the city..

because ppa make all customer happy in philadelphia because taxi cab its clean and smell very very good all the driver know they right and customer righta and all the cutomer are safety and all the driver are safety too so now we all happy in city of philadelphia thanks ppa and thanks the mayor of philadelphia
