I would say Scottsalde. That's the reason we moved from Phoenix to Scottsdale 4 years ago.

The three best places to live for public schools are Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, or the Kyrene School District which actually overlaps part of Tempe, Chandler and Ahwatukee. Ahwatukee is south of South Mountain and actually part of the City of Phoenix. All three locations K-12 test scores are very close.

If you are looking for language classes in Phoenix or Tempe get in touch with Le Tutor Language School. They teach Spanish, French, Japanese, Chinese, Italian and German. They are kids classes and tutoring for students. www.letutor.com
