Just came back to Arizona and am looking for a company that I can build a career with not just a job. I have three degrees and have over 12 years experience in office management, customer service, and operations. Am more than willing to learn and develop new skills to help the company move forward.Just need to find that right company that values it's employees and want to find a person that is loyal, hard working, willing to learn the company from the ground up, and that is willing to pay an employee what they are worth....

I'm a student and i want to learn how do process to have a great secretarial skill in office management area? as i wish to the future secretary someday, i do hope that with this matter can give test how I'm going to rate myself and would be my need assessment for future secretary.
