I'm am licensed for the State of Arizona and work for an angency here in the valley. Typically, people are unable to get their own license unless they can proven relevant work experience through law enforcement, military, investigation or research that meets the number of hours required; however, if you can find an agency that is interested in you then you may be able to obtain your PI license under their PI business license. You can always sign on to the state webpage and peek at the licensing requirements.
