While I cannot comment on the corporate jobs, I left a corporate insurance job to open my own independent insurance agency. I never knew how rewarding working for myself could be. Numerous companies have call centers in the Phoenix Metro area: Bank of America, American Express, Discover Card, JP Morgan, USAA, Verizon, Wells Fargo, Cox, Southwest Airlines. Bank of America hires customer service, sales and marketing, collectors, and Fraud Analyst for their center.
