Well this one is probably the best to go by. I actually interviewed for indeed back in Connecticut and what I learned about the company during the interview was amazing. But I also tend to browse craig's list. You just have to get to know what posts are spam.

There's the Pittsburgh Technology Council. Also, when you see jobs posted by a recruiter like Oxford Solutions, Depaul and Associates, Robert Half, etc. Try to contact someone from those agencies and work directly with them rather than applying to the job through the website. A lot of employers use multiple agencies so you may get some good advertisement that way.
