Keep the faith - you will find something. From personal experience, I can tell you - no matter how hungry you get, DO NOT take a position at Women's Prison or Holly Hill Hospital in Raleigh. They will put your ethics to the test - especially because they have none!
Contact Kim Bell at Pitt/Edgecomb Community College, or Lee Ford of the Triangle Region of NCHIMA ( or go to their website). They usually know where openings are. Good luck.
