Where are the best schools or school districts in Rochester?

Rochester public schools do a good job in educating our elementary students, but after that I would be sending them to one of the parochial or private schools for their latter years of education. The public school system is much to "top heavy" in that there are too many overpaid administrators/counselors/specialist/liasons/[insert name here] and too many underpaid teachers. I don't place the blame on teachers, they are doing their job. Parents aren't parenting and overpaid admin's are leading teaching away from whats important for our young generation to compete.
