What are the seasons like in Rochester? How do Rochester dwellers cope?

Hot in the summer, cold in the winter, cloudy and damp for the other 2 seasons. Taxes are debilitating. Property taxes are through the roof, the higest in the country. For a dwelling with a property tax in Utah of $600.00 a year, will cost your $8,000 here. Fees and regulation as well as the taxes have made most of New York state a wasteland. It's a beautiful state, too bad there's so many enemies to the citizens in office.
