What are the seasons like in Rogers? How do Rogers dwellers cope?

The summers are mild to hot, and winters are cold. The seasons are all pretty even, and overall I enjoy the weather a lot. I would rather a milder winter, but hey that's just me because I hate the cold and snow.

Overall, the weather here is about as good as it gets aside from California or a tropical resort.
