NONE! They all want exceptional workers with a plethora of skills, But will not hire full time or give benefits. They want employee loyalty and give none in return. They prefer temp workers so they can get past benefits. Best to stay away from Roseburg all together.

You forgot to include the rampant nepotism/cronyism that is prevelant in Roseburg/Douglas County. If you're not a blood relative and/or drinkin' buddy, you have no chance.
