They have terrible customer service, long lines, too few tellers, and a rude latino bank manager. After having an argument with him, he went to the window to write down my car's license plate. This evening I found mexican fast food trash strewn all around my front door, something that has NEVER happened before. I think he may be a stalker.

You nailed it Disgusted in Round Rock, Texas! I had the same experience with this location and Manager! If my mortgage was not with WA MU I would NEVER deal with this entity again!
