Im a 28 year old educated cook with restaurant, delivery driver and warehouse experience and I can't find work anywhere!!! I have applied to almost 200 jobs and no one has replied to any of my calls or e-mails. I am from Sacramento and thought I knew where to look for work, but it seems I'm either under or over qualified for the type of work I'm looking for. I have two daughters, a disabled wife and I've been unemployed for almost 2 years (considering I attended school for 10 months). Can someone lead me in the right direction???

Have you tried hospitals and assisted living? The assisted living facilities are always looking for good cooks. The pay is so-so to good and the work is hard.
