Hello everyone, I plan on moving from Massachusetts to San Diego within a few months, however I'm not sure where to look for jobs. Most sites that are found online are for fast food places and jobs like that. I don't have any degree, however I have some experience. I currently hold a good paying job here in Massachusetts, near boston. I work as a mechanical manufacturing technician, building robots for High Resolution Biosolutions see www.hireseng.com to have a closer look. We build systems for pharmecutical companies and government projects that help aid in cures for diseases. I'm wondering if anyone knows any companies that do this type of work and could lead me in the right direction. Thank you it's very appreciated.

Hi Derek,

I currently live in San Diego and have done for 26 years, I too work in the biopharmaceutical field. I have found that the best site to sign up with is Indeed.com. This is very different from any other sites such as CareerBuilder, etc. Fill in your information and set up your searches for whatever type of job you are looking for and the site literally searches EVERY single job website out there including EVERY other types of media such as the local newspaper. You may also want to sign up on Biospace and focus your search on the local biotech/pharma companies under Biotech Beach. I hope this helps.

Hello Derek,

Did you have any luck with your job search? I am an account executive for Healthcare Recruiters and would be happy to work with you. If you would like assistance, please contact me at (760) 730-5514 or you can email me at penny.carlson@hcrnetwork.com. I sometimes come across positions you are seeking, however I would need to know more about your background.

Thank you, and hope to hear from you.
