Does anyone know of any employers or opportunities for a recent law school grad? I will have my JD by the time my wife and I move to San Diego and am due to take the California bar examination in July. Any sort of leads, advice or information will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

Dear Jonathon V:

I am a 1L in Pennsylvania (and resident of NJ). After graduation, I am extremely interested in practicing law in the San Diego area.

Currently, I am searching for a summer legal position to get my foot in the door in Southern California. I saw your posting regarding your search for a new associate/JD related job in San Diego. Since you posted it about a year ago, I wanted to know if you were successful in your search and could possibly offer advice to a law student looking to work there this summer.
