Where are the best schools or school districts in San Francisco?

San Francisco has become a haven for adults, and has the lowest population of children of any city in the US (largely because most families cannot afford to live there). So, schools are abysmal everywhere in the city, and the few families that can afford to live there send their children to private schools.

If you have children, and want to send them to public schools in the bay area, try places like Albany, Marin County, or Los Gatos. These places are still expensive, but at least the schools are decent.
