Looking for MA job

I'm a new medical assistant and looking for a good place to work. I completed my externship in pediatrics but willing to work in other areas. Any ideas where I can start looking? every job i come across wants at least 1-2 yrs exp. can anyone help?

I'm very interested what happened to you now since this was posted 8 months ago and I am now in the same exact shoes where you were in. I recently moved to San Jose, fresh graduate in medical assisting and like you, no one wants to hire me because I have not had any experience except from my externship in family medicine. I really would like to know how you got in a job. I'm considering volunteering just so I can get the needed experience. Thanks!
