Newcomer's guide to Santa Rosa?

What do newcomers need to know to settle in and enjoy Santa Rosa? Car registration, pet laws, city services, more...

"To find sonoma county .. go north of the Golden Gate until you GO TO JAIL"
Possibly overstated, but worth heeding the warning as we tend to incarcerate more of our citizens per capita than Russia under Stalin! So if you are one of the Wild Bunch , stick around we need the revenue.

Now now not everybody that comes to santa rosa. just 98 % of them. There are alot of sh%$ to do here.
