has anyone used chipton ross to get into boeing?

just want to know if anyone has worked with chipton ross to get into boeing and what their experience was like? I see quite a number of job postings that I am qualified for and I've sent them my resume and attempted to get in touch with the contact person listed for the job posting several times but they don't return call/emails. Continue waiting? Move on?
