What are the best local job boards, job clubs, recruiters and temp agencies available in South Bend?

Journeyman Machinist here with well over 20 years experience, but no CNC experience. Is there some type of program I could be enrolled in (hopefully, tuition assisted!) that would give me the needed training for all the CNC jobs I keep finding listed? Afraid I can't stay in the field without additional training!

Hmm...how far are you looking to drive?
There are a number of places in Goshen and Warsaw that need manual machinists.
Also, have you consider working contract?
It means going on the road...but the money is better than all but the best paying Chicagoland/NY area jobs.
Just some thoughts

FYI...you may want to avoid Jave Staffing.
Lot of call backs...not many jobs.
